Arrival Guarantee & Claims
We strive to deliver healthy plants, but if your order arrives in poor condition, please follow these steps:

  • Claim Deadline: Please contact our customer service within 24 hours after the package is received.

  • Documentation: You are required to provide clear photos and videos showing the condition of the plant.

  • Resolution: Eligible claims will only be resolved through replacement of the item.

  • Warranty Period: Our responsibility ends 3 days after the plant has been received. After this period, all plant care responsibilities belong to the buyer.

Shipping Risks & Liability Exclusions
Purchasing live plants involves shipping risks that must be understood by the buyer:

  • Plant Acclimation Process: Minor damage such as yellowing leaves, wilting, or slight tears during shipping is considered normal and is not covered under warranty.

  • External Factors: We are not responsible for damage caused by courier mishandling, weather conditions, or lost/stolen packages.

Shipping Terms
Shipping is carried out from Indonesia, and shipments are scheduled once every month. We will provide updates regarding the departure schedule.

Return Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for live plants under any circumstances.
